CASSEROLE OF GROUND BEEF.
Composition:
Ground beef – 400 gr.
Potatoes – 3 PCs.
Zucchini-1 PC.
Onion -1 PC.
Chicken egg – 1 PC.
Milk – 50 ml.
Hard cheese – 50 gr.
Salt, black pepper – to taste.
Turmeric
Parsley.
Method of preparation:
1. Ground beef, salt, pepper, put in a deep pan at the bottom of which sunflower oil.
2. Bow clean, cut rings.
3. Spread onion rings on the meat.
4. Potatoes clean, cut into thin rings, lay the next layer, sprinkle with turmeric.
5. Zucchini peel, remove the core with seeds, cut into half rings, put on the potatoes.
6. Beat egg until smooth with the milk, salt, black pepper and chopped parsley. You pour the mixture into the pan with other ingredients.
7. On a coarse grater to grate the cheese, sprinkle future pie. Bake 1 hour in an oven at a temperature of 200 C.
8. The dish is ready.
