Onion paste- 4 table spoons
Garlic paste - 1 table spoon
Nutmeg paste - 1 tea - spoon
Jayatree paste- 1/2 tea - spoon
Cinnamon paste - 1 tea - spoon
Cardamom paste - 1/2 teaspoon
Clove paste - 3
Coconut paste - 2 tablespoons
Pasteabadam and kismis - 1 table spoon
yogurt - 1 cup
Liquid milk - 2 cups
Keawara water - 2 table spoons
Lemon juice - 2 table spoons
Sugar - 1 table spoon
Lemon Yellow Color - little
Biriyani spice - 1 packet (available in the market or super shop)
Salt - as taste.
Method of preparation:
First wash the rice and wash the water. Put chicken meat in large pieces, wash it well and keep it with 20 minutes of dried yogurt. Now put 1 cup of ghee on the dish and keep onion for browning. Then put onion and onion with the rest, light brown, then fold a little with chicken pieces. If the meat is folded, give milk, sugar and other ingredients with salt, sugar, half a cup of water and lemon juice. Cover all spices and meat thoroughly. You can give a little water if you want to cook it softly. Keep tight when meat is boiled. Keep the meat from the broth when the meat is densened.
Now, in the cottage dish, cook the biriyani, with the help of milk and rest with ghee and mix the rice and boil the remaining water ( about 6 cups of boil water). When the water starts boiling, stir well with the polao rice.
If the rice gets boiled, cook for 10 minutes in medium spoon. When the rice water gets dry, place the meat on top and sprinkle the rest of the scales, berites and colors. Cover the meat with a large spoon and cover some of the following. Keep the pump covered in the top and bottom. Serve hot for a few minutes after cooling perfect wedding style shahi chicken biryani.
