This is called "Chitoi Pitha," a very delicious type of pitha. This pitha doesn't require much; it can be made with just a few ingredients. It can be said that it is very easy to prepare. I really enjoy eating this pitha. This pitha doesn't require any oil. I sometimes make and eat it at home.
Today, in the afternoon, I went to the market, where an elder brother of mine invited me to have some tea and snacks. He took me to a hotel, and after we arrived there, he ordered this pitha. We both ate this pitha together, and it tasted really good, especially hot. This pitha can be eaten in large quantities all at once, and it is very tasty. While I was eating this pitha at the shop, I took a few pictures of it, which I am now sharing with you all.
