Japanese beef is soooo good !
When I was in Takayama I eat "Hida Beef". Very tasty too. Cooked with miso paste.
It was more than food. It was an amazing trip !
It's amazing how many places around Japan have their own take on high-quality beef, right? Hida beef sounds amazing! Hope you get a chance to try more wagyu!
