Materials needed :

How to Make Mie Caluk:
Onions, garlic, and spices are finely sauteed with margarine until fragrant.
Enter the beef, Stir and cook until the meat changes color.
Add shrimp, crab, and broth, then mix well.
Add the leeks, salt, bay leaves, and pepper powder.
Cook until the meat, crab, and shrimp are cooked.
If the water is reduced and the meat is soft, reduce the heat.
Add cabbage, tomatoes, and bean sprouts.
Add mi and soy sauce.
