Hi steemine Good Morning i am here with delicious Ham and eggs cups breakfast dish which will make your day fabulous if you try this at home.
Ham and egg cups are testy easy and crazy sweet a winning mixture if ever there has been one. they're easy enough to make on busy weekday mornings. they're also tasty and pretty enough to make for guests if you're hosting a weekend brunch (double, triple, or quadruple the recipe as wished.
What you should need.
6 peace of thin slices of ham
6 tablespoons cheddar cheese (grated)
2 green onions
6 eggs
1 tablespoon milk
Cooking oil spray
How to prepare it.
1: Preheat an oven to 350 F.
2: Spray a muffin pan (6 tins) with cooking oil or grease with butter. preferably, use a nonstick muffin pan. Line every tin with a chunk of ham. allow the center of every piece of ham drop into the bottom of the tin, then press it down and along the edges, letting the ham fold to in shape the tin. Placed 1 tablespoon of cheese in the bottom of every ham-covered tin. Set apart.
3: Trim the green onions and finely chop the white and mild green parts. Discard the darkish green tops or reserve for another use. Divide the chopped green onion lightly among the 6 tins.
4: Crack the eggs into a medium bowl. Whisk the eggs till smooth, with out a puddles of yolks or strings of whites. Put the milk and whisk to mix.
5: Divide the egg mixture lightly among the 6 tins. Pour the mixture lightly into the tins. As you pour, some of the egg mixture may go with the flow in between the tin and the ham don't worry, it's why you've got sprayed the tin with oil!
6: Bake till the egg mixture puffs barely and is about, approximately 20 minutes.
7: let the ham and egg cups take a seat a few minutes earlier than removing them from the tins. Use a spoon or small spatula to softly take away the ham and egg cups from the tins. Serve without delay (even though they are not bad just heat or maybe at room temperature.
