a big banana fruit if I say this giant banana fruit why I call a giant because of its size is very large with a very solid content so that it can make the stomach feel full even though not eating rice at all.

when I eat for this giant banana my stomach feels very full when I have not finished everything new I eat half but my stomach is very full even though I have not eaten rice.
for steemit friends who do not have time to eat rice because hurry to go to work or to campus my suggestion friend steemit enough to eat this giant banana then your stomach will feel full and avoid stomach disease due to rarely breakfast.
