Delicious Protein Snack for all Times of the day

Hey guys,

today I have a little sweet protein ''snack'' for you.
Perfect as last meal of the day, for breakfast or just as a little snack during the day.

The main ingredient is low fat quark (250g)

Light natural yoghurt (75g)

Whey Protein of the flavor you like. I chose vanilla. (1 Scoop)

Coconut milk (30 ml)

Unsweetened Cacao (15g)

Cinnamon

Xucker -> it's an sugar alternative without any calories (20g)

Flavdrops (vanilla - 6,7 drops)

If you don't have the last 2 ingredients, take honey instead to sweeten your meal.

All in one

Put everything in a bowl and mix it together.
Put on some coconut sprinkles as a topping.

Wow I'm hungry now haha. Does the low fat yogurt have a lot of sugar in it? What makes the zucker sweet, is it good for you? Maybe you could make this into a commercial product and sell it! This reminds me of my almond milk whey protein oatmeal I posted about! Hey keep it coming with these cool recipes and your fitness posts.

I try to put on as much healthy diet content as possible.
There are so many opportunities :)

Nichts besonderes, aber so Quarkschüsseln gehen immer

Dass es zu günstig wäre, eher schon billig und eben auch das Eiweiß "minderwertig" sei und so weiter 😅 ist aber nicht meine eigene Meinung, habs noch nie probiert oder so ^^
