Multi grains Snacks
Ingredients :
Finger Millet Flour(Ragi atta)- 3 tbsp
Maize Flour(Makki atta)- 3 tbsp
Wheat Flour(Gehun atta)- Half cup
Barley Flour(Jao atta)- Half cup
Gram Flour(Besan)- 2 tbsp
Soya Flour(Soya beans atta)- Half cup
Roasted Flakes Seed powder- 1 tbsp
Roasted White sesame powder- 1 tbsp
Crushed black pepper- 1/2 tsp
Oil(For moyan)- 2 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Water- to make dough
Oil For Frying
Method :
Step - 1 Take an bowl add all flour and spices and mix it well, now add salt and oil(heat it, in tadka spoon) add it and now mix it properly, now add water slowly slowly and make the dough tight, cover with an cotton Kitchen napkin, let be rest for 15 minutes aside.
Step - 2 After the rest of 15 minutes, take an portion of dough make an ball and roll it in round the thickness of roll dough should be medium, now take an knife and cut into shape as like triangle or square.
Step - 3 Turn on the flame, heat the frying pan add oil, to check oil temperature put little piece of dough, make the flame on medium, now put some parts dough cut shapes into oil, stir it well until it turn into brown, then take out the fries from the pan, and continue the same process of frying. It's ready to server hot and crunchy multi grain salted snacks.
