Reseps the Absolute Recipe
Materials and Spices:
200 g raw aci crackers
3 eggs
5 grains of meatballs
2 sausage sticks
5 pieces of chicken claw
1 stalk of leek, cut fine
Enough water
Seasoning sufficiently
Smooth salt to taste
Sugar to taste
Vegetable oil to taste
Materials Refinished:
15 red chili peppers
1 cm kencur
5 onions
2 cloves of garlic
1 tomato
2 tsp juice juice juice
How to Make an Absolute:
- Boil the prawn crackers first in hot water until soft, remove and drain.
- Soak the aci crackers in cold water for a while, remove and drain again.
- Stir fry the ingredients until it smells fragrant.
- Pour enough water and wait until slightly boiling.
- Enter the boiled aci crackers, stirring until evenly distributed.
- Let stand until the broth shrinks slightly, then enter the beaten eggs, sausages, chicken claws, meatballs, and pieces of podskin.
- Add salt, flavorings and sugar to taste. Mix well.
- Absolute ready to serve.
