Tasty shrimp pizza
Ingredients:
250 g shrimp
a box of tomatoes in its own juice
150 g canned corn
200 g cheese
500 g flour, white
25 g yeast
250 ml water
4 tablespoons olive oil
salt
pepper
oregano
Preparation:
Yeast dissolves in a little water, along with salt and two spoons of flour. After it has dissolved, pour in the middle of the flour.
Add the remaining water, egg whites, two tablespoons of olive oil and knead everything until a dough is ready.
Cover with a kitchenette and let it reach for ten minutes in a warm place.
It then splits into equal parts and extends in the shape of a circle. Place them in a saucepan with oil or sprinkled with flour, top with paste, remaining oil and shrimp.
Sprinkle corn, pepper to taste, chopped oregano and cheese. Put the tray in the oven and bake.
When ready, remove it from the tray and sprinkle with freshly minced oregano.
Instead of shrimp, you can use the mussels in oil.
