Sausage gravy is defenitly my favourite!! Goes straight to the hipps, but hey, that's what they are there for, right? Nicely done, like always ;)
Thank you, and indeed. There's a couple of different ways to cut down on the fat when your making the roux, but it is tempting to go strait for heavy cream. FYI: I'll be posting the sausage gravy later today.
