LAST Week of the Six Week Health Challenge - WIN STEEM :)

Welcome to the final week of the #sixweekhealth Challenge

It's finally here. The last week of the Six Week Health Challenge. Once again, one lucky Steemian will be winning themselves sixty Steem this week. If you've been with us from the start of the challenge, you'll know that there's also an extra two hundred Steem up for grabs once the challenge is over. I'm going to short list all of the most consistent, high quality entrants to the challenge and they will be in with a chance to win themselves two hundred Steem! But that's for a little bit later. Right now, it's Week SIX of the challenge and I need you all to join in to make this the biggest one yet.

You can no longer enter for Week One, Two, Three, Four or Five of the Six Week Health Challenge but you can still check them out below and try them yourself! After all, getting healthy is what this challenge is all about, winning Steem is just a little extra bonus (read on to learn more about winning sixty Steem this week).

Week Six Challenge - Show us your favourite healthy recipe

If you found the contest right from the beginning right back in January, you'll know that this was the Week One Challenge! To make a healthy recipe and teach us how to make it. That week, we had entries from sixteen different people, which I was surprised and grateful for! But now the challenge gets hundreds of entries, so I wanted to revisit the challenge that started it all, and see what you guys can come up with for the finale of the #sixweekhealth challenge. The top entry this week will winSixty-Steem.png for being the best post - voted for by you.

Your post should have loads of good photos, have good levels of detail and be well formatted. In the past, the recipes that have done best have had good, clear, well lit photos of the different steps of the recipes which helps everyone follow along. Of course, if you know how to make cool videos, you could try that too!

Here is what good posts will be judged on:

1. Lots of original photos

The point of this health challenge is to get involved yourself and to inspire others to do the same. If you post a bunch of stock images then that kind of proves that you didn't physically get involved this week or else you could have taken some photos. Posts should also have a few images - one or two just won't cut it.

2. Keep the lighting good and the camera still

Don't fall in to the low lighting trap. Try and keep the lighting very good for your photos and don't let your photos get blurry! Take your time to make sure each shot looks the best it can be. There's no rush, cooking should be fun and relaxing :)

3. Your post should teach and inspire

Really show us the steps to make your recipe. Make it look appetising and inspire us to want to make and eat it. Give us all of the details we need to make this ourselves so we can enjoy what you enjoyed.

There's so many reasons to get involved in this challenge and get healthier, while inspiring others to do the same. The more interesting our healthy food is, the more likely we are to stick to a healthy diet. Eating well doesn't need to be boring, but I want you guys to help others learn how to make great healthy recipes. To sweeten the contest there's also the juicy prize ofSixty-Steem.pngto be won too!

Rules for Entering - READ CAREFULLY!!!

1. Create a post with the tag #sixweekhealth about your favourite healthy recipe.

2. You must follow @healthsquared.

3. Your post must include at least THREE photos.

4. Your entry must include Week SIX and #sixweekhealth in the title.

5. You need to submit your post by 10.30am GMT on Friday the 23rd of March 2018.

6. Again, make sure you tag your post #sixweekhealth to be in for a chance to win sixty Steem.

That's the goal! Steemit is an awesome community and I think this will be the best week yet!

Man your food looks so yummy. I wish I could show you my receipe but right now I am in my university hostel so I can't show anything from my kitchen. Best of luck to other members and looking forward to see good pictures.

Wooooow. A lot of very interesting recipes. It is like heaven. Thank you so much everybody. I also shared pretty easy recipes which do not contain any added frying oil ( only olive oil for salad).
