Grilled fruit is so good, especially peaches! I like that balsamic flavor! I use a balsamic vinegar that I make from Spruce trees. It's great on grilled fruit. I like your idea of doing the reduction, to really increase the flavor, too! Enjoy all your peaches! :D
That sounds amazing! We don't have spruce here in Georgia that I have seen...
Maybe you will see a spruce on your travels somewhere. Both Norway Spruce and Colorado Blue Spruce are planted in the cooler areas of the southeast, in neighborhoods and parks.
