Mi Cerveza.

Hello...!

As in the previous post I commented, I studied Brewery and to finish my career I had to do a special project which was to make a beer. But not a common beer, if not an innovative beer. A product that is of benefit for health and apart from being pleasant to the palate, a Beer of Barley and Carrot occurred to me. Likewise this would be a beer that was going to take advantage of all the nutrients of the carrot. <3

Como en el post anterior comente, estudie Cervecería y para culminar mi carrera tuve que hacer un proyecto especial el cual era realizar una cerveza. Pero no una cerveza común, si no una cerveza innovadora. Un producto que sea de beneficio para la salud y aparte sea de agradable al paladar a mi se ocurrió una Cerveza de Cebada y Zanahoria. Así mismo esta seria una cerveza que iba a aprovecharse de todos los nutrientes de la zanahoria. <3

It was a total pleasure to make this beer, it was totally an "Artesanal" beer Supervised by the tutor of my project Engineer Albis Perez. The industry beers here in
Venezuela are not the same as craft beers since beers differ markedly in taste, flavor and aroma, and above all in quality. I can personally say that there is nothing like a craft beer.

Fue un disfrute total realizar esta cerveza, fue totalmente una cerveza "Artesanal" Supervisado por el tutor de mi proyecto el Ingeniero Albis Perez . Las cervezas de industria aquí en
Venezuela no son iguales a las cervezas artesanales ya que las cervezas se diferencian notablemente en gusto, sabor y aroma t sobretodo en calidad. Yo personalmente puedo decir que no hay nada como una cerveza artesanal.

The result that was obtained was the craft beer of barley and carrot, the mixture between both does not alter the characteristics of the beer at all. and therefore here was the finished product.

El resultado que se obtuvo fue exitoso la cerveza artesanal de cebada y zanahoria, la mezcla entre ambas no altero para nada las características de la cerveza. y por lo tanto aquí estuvo el producto terminado.
