In this opportunity I will show you the preparation of a very nice coffee in sight and delicious to taste, a layered coffee.


Layered coffee, also known as coffee beats macchiatto or tonic coffee, is a coffee that seems difficult to achieve, but it is the opposite; Its preparation is very simple but requires patience and delicacy.

INGREDIENTS

*Condensed milk
*Express
*Coffee liquor
*Punch
*Emulsified milk
*Cocoa powder

PREPARATION:

Firstly, each one of the densities of the ingredients must be taken into account and the thicker ingredient must go to the base to support the others that are less dense.

Place the condensed milk in the base, then with the help of a spoon place the coffee liqueur, the spoon should be on the surface of the condensed milk and while the amount is increasing we will raise our spoon.

Later, the punch is added with the same technique, then the espresso, then the emulsified milk and finally the cocoa powder to decorate.
