Bread stuffed with meat
Hello friends!
My new experiments! I wanted to surprise my friends with a new yummy. I thought for a long time what to cook so that it was tasty, simple and beautiful! In the morning I had an idea to make some kind of bread dish. In general, I decided to make chicken meat in bechamel sauce. Everyone loved it. All were satisfied.)))
As always, we share the recipe:
Black round bread;
Chicken breast;
Bow;
Cheese;
Seasoning for chicken, salt, pepper.
Bechamel Sauce:
Butter;
Milk;
Flour;
Italian seasoning;
Nutmeg;
Salt and pepper.
I cooked chicken until cooked.
Then cut it into pieces.
In a frying pan fry onion until golden brown. Add chopped brisket. And all together I fry on medium heat for about 15 minutes.
In the meantime, I make the sauce in the cauldron.
I put the butter in a heated dish and melted it. Then add flour to it (turn off the gas for a while while adding milk). And only then I pour the milk in small portions and gently stir it with a whisk so that lumps do not form. In the last portion of milk, I added all the spices listed above, and mixed well, brought to a boil.
The sauce is ready.
Add this to the meat. Stir and leave to fry with all ingredients for 5 minutes.
I make a container with a lid of bread. Cleaning Crumbs. Ready mix. From above I rub cheese on a small grater.
I put in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
All is ready !!!
