Happy Mother's Day Cake

Mother's day is beeing celebrated in a lot of countries world wide on different dates. Mostly in may and june. In Austria we celebrate on the 2nd sunday in may. 

For that reason I decided to bake a cake for my mum and like to share the recipe.

For this cake you need: 

2 eggs

100 grams of sugar

vanilla extract

100 ml of neutral oil

50 ml of egg liquor

50 ml of milk

150 grams of smooth flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

For the cream:

150 ml whipped cream

150 grams of dark chocolate
