#14 Mandarin cake
Today i would like to share with you this amazing and at the same time super easy recipe of cake. Yesterday i had very Christmas mood and for me Christmas cant be without smell of mandarins. Try it and I ll sure that you will repeat it not once.
for 6/8 people (diametr 20cm)
200 g sugar
120 g aqua
220 g flour
160 g sugar
120 g butter (room temperature)
8 g yeast
3 eggs
100 ml milk
50 ml juice of the mandarins
1 tsp cinnamon
Recipe
- Wash mandarins, dry it and cut, not so thin, should be round form
- Melt 200g sugar and water and after add mandarins, mix water sugar must be always white. Do it for 30 min.
- Eggs + Sugar (160 g) mix together till it become bigger twice.
- Mix milk + mandarin juice + cinnamon + butter and after to add to Eggs+ sugar
- After slowly add mix of flour and yeast
- Cover your form by silicon paper
- mandarins and little bit of sugar water, after your mixture
160C - 45 min
Let it calm after and do it upside down :) I hope you ll enjoy this aroma of cinnamon and mandarins.
