Sienna Mercato, Meatball Joint Emporio - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

A craving of pasta on a blistering Pittsburgh winter night led me to this wondrous restaurant, unfortunately the beer garden on the rooftop was closed as of course...the weather was freezing.

This stop into Sienna Mercato was very much improvised and it couldn't be any more perfect. Our choice of protein today would be the chef's special (Ball of the month) meatballs over penne pasta, and also the BoTM slider.

Without ado, I present to you the curious concoction of meatloaf meatballs, amazingly succulent, juicy, tasteful, meaty, and pairs perfectly over penne pasta that was cooked al dente.
