I surfed the Steemit world and got stuck with this article. Because of the pink on the plate, of course. I read the article and I thought corned beef, pickled beets in slices and pickled herring wrapped around a gherkin pickleI on a plate together?! Wtf?!
I think this typical dish from Germany belongs in the category: love it or hate it!
I've never tried it myself, but it sounds "very special".
