Churros Chocolate Sauce
Churros is a snack typical of Spain which is now popular in Indonesia. You can enjoy churros for breakfast or on the sidelines of the staple food. The form of churros is usually a long and star-shaped, because it is made by using main spray with the tip of the berentuk like a star. Usually churros are enjoyed with chocolate sauce. It tastes mild, a mix between a taste of cinnamon and chocolate make the churros become friends that is very suitable is presented in his spare time.
250 mL of water
100 grams of unsalted butter
150 grams of wheat flour protein was
¼ Tsp salt
3 eggs, beaten lightly
Cooking oil to taste
200 grams dark chocolate, chopped coarse
250 mL of fresh milk
Sugar-Cinnamon if like

  1. Mix water and butter in a frying pan, heat and stir for 3-4 minutes until boiling and the butter melted. Turn off the heat, set aside.
  2. Add flour and salt, stir using a wooden spoon until well blended and batter is smooth.
  3. Cover with plastic, set aside for 15 minutes or until cold.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time while stirring until blended.
  5. Put the dough in the bag spray with the tips of star-shaped, with a diameter of 2 cm.
  6. Pour oil in a frying pan roughly a height of 6 cm, preheat it to 180ºC (medium heat). Press out the dough from the bag spray, cut along the 10 cm and put in the oil that has to heat. Fry for 2 minutes or until browned.

  • Combine the chopped chocolate and milk in a pan, heat with medium fire, stir until the chocolate is melted and well blended.

Churros Saus Coklat

Churros adalah penganan ringan khas Spanyol yang kini mulai populer di Indonesia. Anda dapat menikmati churros untuk sarapan atau di sela-sela makanan pokok. Bentuk churros biasanya panjang dan berbentuk bintang, karena dibuat denan mengunakan kantong semprot dengan ujung yang berentuk seperti bintang. Biasanya churros dinikmati dengan saus coklat. Rasanya yang ringan, paduan antara rasa kayu manis dan coklat membuat churros menjadi teman yang sangat cocok disajikan di waktu luang.

250 mL air
100 gram mentega tawar
150 gram terigu berprotein sedang
¼ sdt garam
3 butir telur, kocok ringan
Minyak goreng secukupnya
200 gram dark chocolate, cacah kasar
250 mL susu segar
Gula Cinnamon jika suka

  1. Campur air dan mentega dalam wajan, panaskan dan aduk selama 3-4 menit hingga mendidih dan mentega lumer. Matikan api, sisihkan.

  2. Tambahkan terigu dan garam, aduk menggunakan sendok kayu hingga tercampur rata dan adonan kalis.

  3. Tutupi dengan plastik, sisihkan selama 15 menit atau hingga dingin.

  4. Tambahkan telur satu persatu sambil diaduk hingga rata.

  5. Masukkan adonan ke dalam kantong semprot dengan ujung berbentuk bintang, berdiameter 2 cm.

  6. Tuangkan minyak dalam wajan kira-kira ketinggian 6 cm, panaskan hingga 180ºC (panas sedang). Tekan keluar adonan dari kantong semprot, potong sepanjang 10 cm dan masukkan ke dalam minyak yang telah panas. Goreng selama 2 menit atau hingga kecoklatan.

  7. Tiriskan churros matang di atas kertas roti. Perciki gula cinnamon. Sisihkan. Sajikan bersama saus cokelat.

Membuat Saus Cokelat

  • Campurkan cacahan coklat dan susu dalam wajan, panaskan dengan api sedang, aduk hingga coklat meleleh dan tercampur rata.
