#1 Eggs + Salad

Welcome to my quick-dinner super series, today I bring you a quick dinner I made yesterday.
I took me just 10 minutes to prepare the ingredients and cook it! Perfect for those nights you are tired and need to eat fast and insert you in your lovely bed haha.

Lets move to the ingredients list:

  • 2 Farm Eggs
  • 2 Big Tomatoes
  • Spinach
  • Table Spoon of Olive Oil
  • Butter
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Lemon Juice
  • The salad is very easy

    First cut that tomatoes into large chunks as well as the spinach. Mix them toghether with the table spoon of Olive oil and the lemon juice, add salt & pepper to your taste.

    Scrambled Eggs

    E A S Y.

    Grab the eggs, crackthem up and wisk them in a bowl or something with salt & pepper. Leave them alone.

    Grab that tasty butter (the key of flavour to every meal in this world) cut some, throw it in the pan until is melted. Now put the eggs inside with VERY low heat. This is the K E Y.

    We are almost there.

  • PRO TIP - Turn off the heat BEFORE you think the eggs are done, heat really beats them up so you can bet that those eggs are still being cooked without the heat turned on. This tip will guarantee no overcooked eggs never again
