Vegetable Hash * My Favorite Recipe

Today I wanted to share with you a recipe for a fantastic vegetable hash, I had the opportunity to try this delicious picadillo for the first time many years ago, near my house where they sell delicious empanadas, the lady who makes them always puts on the table this picadillo so that we will have the opportunity to try next to the empanadas, this rich vegetable hash gives it without a doubt a touch of flavor very unique to the empanadas, in particular to those of mechada that are my favorite.

I tell them that every weekend I leave very early to have my empanaditas breakfast to anoint them with that picadillo.

I wanted to know how this recipe was made and it was very easy, so I decided to share it with you, your preparation method and the ingredients you need.

Ingredients:

• 4 ripe tomatoes
• 1 cube of chicken broth
• 2 peppers one red and one green
• A few branches of cilantro and onion in branch or the dressings of your preference
• 2 head onions
• 1 small cucumber
• oil
• a little vinegar
• a touch of salt

To start preparing this rich vegetable-based hash you should start by cleaning and washing very well the ingredients to use and then proceed to peel the cucumber and chop into very small pieces like tomatoes, peppers, onions and dressings that You chose to add to this hash.

At a large rate add the dressings first and then add the oil and the chicken broth cube, you should stir well add a touch of salt and a little vinegar, then add the previously chopped vegetables and stir well that all the ingredients are integrated, and you'll have your vegetable hash ready and fresh.

I tell you that this vegetable hash is a dish that you can eat throughout the year, you do not have a specific time in the year to do it and eat it, it is ideal to spread it with empanaditas or pass sticks at your parties.
