I love vegetables

Vegetables are important food for humans to maintain health. Green vegetables such as lettuce, spinach, green beans, spinach, cassava leaves, papaya leaves, and the other turned out to have various health benefits



I like to eat vegetables because vegetables were tasty. Vegetable green kale cooked by my mother really delicious. It feels yummmi .... tasteful. If I eat it with vegetables kale inginya add more. Before cooking kale, I used to help mothers plucked spinach in the kitchen. Leaves and stems are separated so that more delicious when cooked kale. Especially when coupled with soy sprouts hmmmz better. I love vegetables.
