How to reset a bad day of eating ?
Saturday, I had wonderful time with my friends but I had junk food and get high calories.
Here what I did for the next day to recover and feel fresh.
I wake up around 9 and drank 1glass of water with half lemon juice and 1 table spoon apple cider.
For the breakfast I ate 1 egg and 1 piece of feta cheese with 2 tomatoes and 1 cucumber.
I drank green tea instead of coffee.
For the lunch I prepared zucchini detox, which is my secret for to reset.
Here it is recipe;
2 zucchini
1/2 table spoon olive oil
3 whole walnuts
Dill
3 table spoons yogurt
Put oil into pan and wait 1 minute and add 2 grated zucchini.
Wait for 6-7 minutes and it is ready.
Add 3 table spoon yogurt and herbs that you like.
Finally add your walnut and dill into mixture. And
Voila, your delicious zucchini detox is ready.
After I ate lunch at 1 pm, I went out for walking for 30 minutes.
( By the way I am trying to be active and my aim is to reach 10.000 steps for everyday)
I drank 1 cup of filter coffee.
At 4 pm I ate one pear and at 5 pm I ate 1 apple.
At 7 pm I prepared the zucchini detox again and ate it.
During the day I drank almost 3 liters of water.
I really recommend eating like this to reset a bad day eating.
