rajungan tomat pedas

untuk; 2 porsi;
1 porsi; 120 kalori

bahan;

  • 150 gram rajungan segar (bersihkan, cuci, belah dua)
  • 3 buah tomat matang (rendam air panas, kupas, saring)
  • 50 gram kacang polong siap pakai
  • 500 ml kaldu

bumbu yang dihaluskan;

  • 1 sdt irisan cabai merah
  • 1 sdm irisan bawang putih
  • 1 sdt garam
  • 1/2 sdt merica
  • 1 sdm gula pasir

pelengkap saji;

  • roti bantal goreng

cara membuat;

  1. rebus kaldu dan semua bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan, masak hingga keluar aroma harum.
  2. masukkan rajungan segar aduk-aduk. biarkan mendidih kembali. tuangi air tomat, kecilkan api. masukkan kacang polong, biarkan sekali lagi mendidih, angkat.
