Baked tomato & mozzarella orzo
Strategy
Warmth stove to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Tip the orzo into a medium meal dish, at that point mix in the oil, red peppers, olives, bean stew drops and dried oregano. Tip in the cleaved tomatoes, at that point refill the can most of the way with water and pour that in as well. Give everything a decent blend, season, at that point cover and heat for 20 mins until the point when the pasta is relatively cooked. Remove it from the broiler and give the orzo a blend. Evacuate the thwart and come back to the broiler for a further 5 mins.
Warmth the barbecue to high. Remove the orzo from the stove and tear the mozzarella over the best, at that point barbecue until softened and percolating. Present with serving of mixed greens as an afterthought, on the off chance that you like.
