Bahan :
- 1000 gr singkong
- 160 gr gula pasir
- 1 sdt garam
Bahan taburan :
- 400 gr kelapa parut (pilih yang setengah tua)
- 1/2 sdt garam
°campur rata, kukus selama 10 menit.
Cara membuat :
- Kupas singkong, cuci bersih dan parut.
- Campurkan parutan singkong dengan gula dan garam, aduk rata.
- Bagi adonan menjadi 2 bagian, pindah ketempat tahan panas, beri pewarna, aduk kembali hingga rata.
- Kukus selama 20 menit. Angkat, selagi panas potong sesuai selera, agar mudah dan tidak lengket saat dipotong, setelahnya segera gulingkan di atas kelapa parut kukus agar melekat dengan baik.
