@jmjury like french toast. sort of cut out the inside, frie bacon,bell pepper etc, make a square put the toast around. fill up with mixed egg, frie quickly the put the inside of the toast on top, soak in and turn atound :) took me two rounds to do it properly

That looks tasty. Do you cook it and then put it on the toast or do you pour the mix on the toast and cook it all together more like a French toast?
