Atlantic cod with rice and salad
Probably the most delicate piece of fish I've eaten so far
(I know, I have not eaten a lot of fish yet, but so far it's in the first place)
Cod tenderloin washed, dried, salt, sprinkled with pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice
wrap in aluminum foil
bake in the oven at 175 ℃ for approx. 30 - 40 minutes
as an addition I cook rice
I make a salad with:
Roman salad
pickled cucumber
red, yellow pepper
radish
lamb's lettuce
celery
grape seed oil
salt
pepper
lemon juice
I cut everything into small cubes, add salt, pepper, grape seed oil, mix and translate into salad bowl
