I too go back and forth about tofu. I still eat it since it is the only vegan protein substitute offered at most my local restaurants.

Keto is great. I also suggest that you look into the OMAD (One Meal A Day) diet. It’s been working wonders for me.

I've been doing intermitted fasting for 1 week 3 meals no snacking 16/8 with Keto. Slowly I'll progress to a shorter eating window and cutting back a meal. Who knows... maybe one day I'll also be a OMADer like yourself!

That's amazing you're doing OMAD. What are the big differences you feel since eating only one meal? :)

My self control is at an all time high.
Every meal is like thanksgiving.
More too I’m sure.

I’m already a healthy weight, but I assume that if I wasn’t then I’d lose weight very quickly. I’ve axtualky gained about 5 lbs since eating OMAD.

I suggest you check out Conscious Calisthenics on YouTube. Is OMAD info is top notch.
