Who said pizza couldn’t remain plant-based?

Everything I ordered tasted amazing and was indeed vegan.

I was worried that I would not find a place to eat so late at night, I just do not do fast food. Thankfully Brixx was open until midnight. Not only did they still have their full menu at that time, but there was a deal too! Buy one pizza and get an appetizer for free. Of course I took them up on the offer.

I actually sat at the bar, in the seat in the bottom right of this photo. Service was fast, even though they were somehow still really busy even after 10pm.

The concept of a wood fired pizza is cool, but actually seeing and tasting it first hand is even better!

What I Ordered

I had them leave off the Parmesan cheese, so they were basically just garlic breadsticks. They were delicious still.

Such a yummy salad, adding fruit to any salad instantly makes it better. They left out the Gorgonzola.

Such a yummy flavor. They even used vegan cheese for me.
