Putu ayu cake
This snack is my favorite .. it tastes good, soft and pandanous scent that makes addictive
material : 250 gr Wheat Flour
225 grams of sugar
4 eggs
200 ml of coconut milk (boiled)
grated coconut (steamed)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp sp
to taste pandan pasta
enough salt (for a grated coconut shredded)
vegetable oil to polish the mold
Steps make :
First boiled coconut milk, until boiling, set aside
Steam the grated coconut with a little salt, steam for 15 minutes, remove and set aside
Beat eggs, sugar, baking powder, and sp to expand, approximately 15 minutes. Put flour and coconut milk that has been boiled alternately until well mixed, pandan food coloring input stir again until blended.
Grease mold with oil using brush
Put the steamed grated coconut, press it until solid. Put not too much, just enough.
Pour the batter into the mold. Do it until the mold and dough runs out
Steam for about 10-15 minutes.
Lift, let stand warm and remove from the mold ..
