Mango Mousse with Chía. Light and delicious.
INGREDIENTS:
2 medium mangoes cut into pieces
1 Cup of soy milk or almonds
1 Handle cut into small squares
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 tablespoons of Chia Seeds
1 Envelope of sweetener if it's your taste.
PREPARATION:
1)In a blender place the mango in pieces, the almond milk, the vanilla and the sweetener, liquefy well and place in a plastic container.
2)Add the chia seeds to the previous preparation and mix with a spoon.
3)Take to the refrigerator for at least 5 hours. The ideal would be to prepare it at night to consume the next day, to give the chia time to absorb the liquid from the preparation.
4)After the time put in glass cups and decorate with the handle in squares.
