Cucumber Kimchi
Ingredients
- The leaves of chives sufficiently.
- Carrots cut lengthwise.
- Thinly slice 1 onion
- 1 a tablespoon fine salt
- 1 a tablespoon powdered sugar
- 2 a tablespoon chili powder
- 3 a tablespoon fish sauce
- 3 garlic coarsely chopped
- 7 small size cucumber, cut into 4
- Little water
How to process:
- Rub the cucumber with fine salt and leave 1 hour
- Dispose of contents in cucumber, cucumber smeared then rinse with clean water salt
- Mix all ingredients.
- Enter the ingredients into a cucumber that has been be split
- Enter in tupperware and save it in order to produce sourness
Ready-to-eat. Suitable enjoyed with rice or roasted chicken / roasted fish
