ALL THE CAKES

As a mother, I wear several different hats. I can't list them all because there are simply tooooo many. However, there are two things I am extremely passionate about (aside from my family). One- My writing and Two: making cakes. I've made hundreds of cakes over the last 8 years. Here are a few of my favorites.

This particular cake is the one that almost caused me to give them up completely. It is on a 5x8 sheet of plywood. It took 85 mixes 60lbs of icing, 25lbs of fondant and I forgot how many dozens of eggs. It had to be delivered in a covered trailer because it was so massive! Oh, there were also 600 cupcakes to go with this order!!!

That boot is 100% edible and made out of pure chocolate!
