芝士鸡肉蛋炒饭
原料
芝士 1片
豌豆 50g
玉米 50g
米饭 1碗
鸡肉 200g
酱油 适量
葱 适量
姜 适量
鸡蛋 1个
食用油 适量
步骤
1. 煮熟豌豆玉米粒,煮的时候准备其他食材
2. 米饭用一个鸡蛋拌匀
3. 加适量油,先放姜, 放葱,中火炒30秒有香味了,放鸡肉,炒1分钟变色
4. 放入豌豆玉米同炒30秒
5. 加入用鸡蛋拌好的米饭同炒1分钟,放入酱油和盐,炒1分钟
6. 出锅 ,铺上撕开的芝士片
7.放入微波炉,再加热功能,200g一分半钟
8.香喷喷的芝士饭完成
