ESTOFADO DEL CHEF
INGREDIENTES
1kg de carne para guisar= macedonia
200gr de harina de trigo
500gr de pure de tomate
1/2 kg de cebolla = macedonia
100ml de vinagre de vino
1 lt de fondo de carne
3 zanahorias = vichy
100gr de pasas
1/gr de gengibre
PREPARACION
1º Colocar sal y pimienta a la carne
2º Agregar un poco de harina de trigo y poner a sofreir
3º Colocar fondo, pasas, gengibre y pure de tomate
4º Tapar con papel de aluminio
5º Precalentar el horno a 180º
6º Meter la carne por 35 minutos, si le falta dejarla mas, se va verificando cada 15 minutos hasta que este lista
