Pumpkin cream soup
A very simple recipe for pumpkin soup, puree with an interesting range of flavoring, created with spices.
Ingredients :
Carrot - 300 gr
Pumpkin - 800 gr
Olive oil - 30 ml
Salt - to taste
Onion - 2 pcs.
Garlic cloves - 3 pcs.
Fresh ginger - 5 cm
Heavy whipping cream 100 ml
Wash and clean the vegetables. Cut them into random pieces. If you do not want to use carrots, you can replace it with an equal amount of pulp from Pumpkin
Fry the vegetables in a small amount of oil over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring.
Add 1 liter of hot water, grated or sliced ginger, salt and cook until the vegetables are soft, 10-15 minutes.
Grind vegetables with a blender until smooth, pour in the heavy whipping cream
You can serve this soup with herbs, you can also serve with sour cream. It will be very tasty if you put moldy cheese and croutons on the plates. Bon Appetit ))
