Choc Oat Peanut Butter Bliss Balls

Hi all. I hope you are having a good day. Choc oat peanut butter bliss balls are amazing.

1/3 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp rice malt syrup or honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp water

I blitz the oats, cacao and cinnamon for a few seconds.

I then add peanut butter, rice malt syrup, vanilla and water and blitz until well combined.

I roll into balls and place in the fridge to firm up.

They can be stored in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container.
