Honey biscuits with ginger
Delicious homemade cookies with honey and ground ginger. It turns out
a lot - about 40 cookies.
1 glass of sugar (200 g)
200 g of butter
1 cup of honey (200 g)
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp soda (5g)
4 glasses of flour (500 g)
1 tsp ground ginger
Melt butter, sugar and honey in a saucepan over a slow fire. Stir
until the sugar has melted. Cool it down.
In the cooled oily mixture add eggs one by one, then vanilla, soda and
ginger. Mix.
Introduce flour, a glass at a time, each time stirring well. Spread on
a baking tray with a teaspoon, leaving between cookies a distance of 5
cm. The oven in a preheated to 180 C oven for 12-15 minutes.
