I enjoy adding a little bit change to a similar food with similar ingredients.
Only one food I always have in the morning is coffee. If I don't have my Korean foods in the morning, I prefer a sandwich with coffee.
I like to see fresh vegetable in the morning. It makes me feel good.
I had some tomatoes, avocado. Butter the bread slice and apply the cream cheese over half of the bread, buttered side down.
Arrange some avocado and tomato slices, a piece of cheddar cheese and little mozzarella cheese on top of slice with cream cheese. Finally, cover with the remaining slice, buttered side up. Cook over low heat with slight pressure. Cook the sandwich for about 1-2 minutes on each side, until little brown and the cheese has melted.
When the fragrance of delicious morning spreads, it seems that my pleasant day is opened.

What a delicious looking sandwich! It must have been wonderful. I love rye bread because it has that special taste to it. Do you enjoy cooking? You must have learned a lot of excellent cooking skills from your mom. There's really nothing like mom's home cooking because of the wonderful memories of growing up!
