My family are trying to get a healthier lifestyle, not easy I know. But having recently had words like Pre-Diabetes and Under Active Thyroid being mentioned by the doctor I know it's really time to move and not just talk about it. We have been researching super foods to try make some sense of their qualities. This list is our Top 10. What do you think? Agree? or are there better things we should be looking for? We are just an average UK family without ££££'s to burn so have tried to keep our list realistic.
