Hello @dieuvu. Thank you for this fantasic articel about Phu Quoc Island specialties.

I have been there a few years ago and I remember the food was delicious.

I´m not sure if I would try the " Sea Cucumber ". It looks a little strange to me.

    I am Vietnamese.
    I was in Phu Quoc last month.
    What you are referring to, locals call it "Cau Gai"
    Very tasty and nutritious.
    Hope you will return to Phu Quoc and eat "Cau Gai"
