[VIDEO] Go For The (Yukon) Gold, Potato Fan!

This potato fan is made of pure Yukon gold!

Catherine McCord, of the ‘Weelicious’’ YouTube channel, shows us how to make a potato ‘fan,’ using a Yukon Gold potato (you can use a Russet as well). The technique is simple, just some strategic cuts and some basting with a bit of butter/oil. The result is surprising and a step up from the typical baked potato.
