Cucumber which belongs to the gourd family Cucurbitaceae is a well cultivated plant. It is a creeping vine that bears cucumiform fruits that are used as vegetables.

High in antioxidants

Cucumber helps in flushing out oxidants and toxins in the body due to its high content of antioxidants which help in keeping the body metabolism in proper functioning

Promote hydration

Since it is made up of 96% of water it helps in hydration of the body through temperature regulation and transportation of products and nutrients in the body

High in nutrients

Cucumbers are low in calories and high in minerals and important vitamins like vitamin C and K. It is also made up of 96% water, which means they are high in water content.

Some studies shows that it may help in weight loss

May help lower low bloood sugar

They can help in reducing blood sugar and diabetics

Regularity promotion

Promotes and supports regular bowel movements, since dehydration is a major factor causing constipation and cucumber helps in hydration this will help to improve stool consistently,

For this reasons I will be a cucumber daily routine for a period of time and see how effective this Beautiful vegetables can be.
I hope we all do this since it's a very cheap and easy to come by vegetable.
