BAKING TIME: CHOCOLATE PETIT FOURS

Today i wanna share to you this simple recipe i made in school. The Chocolate Petit Fours (Pronounced as “pehtee four”, with your best French accent!). They are tiny little cakes, drizzled in chocolate ganache and white chocolate.

Literally means 'small ovens', a name taken from the historic baking process which led to their creation in France.

Typically served at the end of a meal, the petit four is a sweet treat and will typically take the form of a small cake, pastry or sweet.

It is perfect for Valentine’s Day if you’re thinking of making something a little different.
