Chilli Prawn Spaghetti. (Indonesia || English)

Spaghetti yang satu ini diaduk dengan udang yang gurih kenyal. Diberi bumbu bawang dan serpihan cabai merah kering. Pedas-pedas gurih enak rasanya!

  • Bahan:
    250 g spaghetti kering
    2 liter air
    4 sdm minyak olive
    2 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
    2 sdm cabai merah kering memar kasar
    250 g udang kupas, ukuran sedang, kerat punggungnya
    1 sdt tomat pasta
    ½ sdt merica hitam memar kasar
    1 sdt garam
    1 sdm air jeruk lemon
    150 ml air/kaldu
    10 helai daun basil segar

                      Taburan:
                      Arugula/rocket
                      Keju parmesan
    

Cara Membuat:

                    -    Didihkan air, rebus spaghetti hingga lunak.
                    -    Angkat dan tiriskan.
                    -    Tumis bawang putih hingga kuning dan wangi.
                    -    Masukkan cabai kering, aduk hingga rata.
                    -    Masukkan udang kupas, aduk hingga kaku.
                    -    Tambahkan pasta tomat, merica, garam, air jeruk lemon dan air/kaldu.
                    -    Setelah mendidih, masukkan sapghetti, aduk hingga rata.
                    -    Tambahkan daun basil, aduk rata lalu angkat.
                    -    Taruh spaghetti di piring saji.
                    -    Taburi arugula dan keju parmesan.
                    -    Sajikan hangat.

  • Material:
    250 g of dried spaghetti

    4 tablespoons olive oil
    2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
    2 tbsp dried red chilli bruise rough
    250 g shrimp peeled, medium size, back keratnya
    1 teaspoon tomato paste
    ½ tsp black pepper bruise rough
    1 tsp salt
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    150 ml water / broth
    10 pieces of fresh basil leaves
    Sprinkling:
    Arugula / rocket
    Parmesan cheese
    How to make:
    - Boil water, boil spaghetti until soft.
    - Lift and drain.
    - Saute garlic until yellow and fragrant.
    - Enter the dry chili, mix well.
    - Enter shrimp peel, stir until rigid.
    - Add tomato paste, pepper, salt, lemon juice and water / broth.
    - After boiling, enter sapghetti, mix well.
    - Add the basil leaves, mix well and then lift.
    - Place the spaghetti on a serving plate.
    - Sprinkle arugula and parmesan cheese.
    - Serve warm.
