The Cauliflower
Cauliflower is an edible flower. In its younger stage of growth, it resembles brocolli, its relative in the mustard or Brassicaceae family of vegetables. Just like brocolli, cauliflower consists of florets that are closely clustered and later become a compact bunch of undeveloped white flower buds.
